So while grocery shopping yesterday we unexpectedly ran into our nephew. Mike pointed out to him were T and I were and when I saw him he ran up to me. I haven't seen him since Christmas Day. He looked different, though I don't really see how an 8 year old could have changed much on a lil over 2 months. I tried to just give him a regular person stand-up hug, but he's short, and I missed him so much I just decided to scoop him up like I did when he was younger (and weighed less). I think most kids would get embarrassed by this, but I think he missed me equally as much and he just put his head on mu shoulder and we stayed that way for a looong time, not saying anything. Then I started to cry. In the checkout line. He gets out of school early on Fridays, so I'm gonna pick him up and take him to the Children's Discovery Museum with Tristyn. For the rest of that afternoon, there will be no DS or PSP playing allowed!!
